The emerging players programme is run by the county cricket Board to enable the development of the best young players in the County.
The programme is run by Simon Kellett, Head of Performance for Cambridgeshire and consists of specialist one-to-one sessions over the year, along with identification to trials at first class county academies or national programmes run by the ECB or MCC. The players involved range from 13 – 18 years of age and the programme is for boys and girls.
The programme is kindly sponsored by Clydesdale Bank.
