NatWest CricketForce
NatWest CricketForce is a volunteering initiative aimed at rejuvenating the nation’s cricketing facilities. It encourages cricket supporters, their friends and families to give something back to their local community cricket club by volunteering to undertake major renovations to clubhouses and grounds. You could get a team of volunteers to:
- To paint the score board, sightscreens, fences
- Encourage other people to volunteer
- Repair or rebuild the pavilion
- Clear out the store shed
- What about ending the weekend with a BBQ?
In 2010 1642 clubs, a record number, registered for NatWest CricketForce with an estimated 85,000 volunteers helping throughout the weekend.
NatWest CricketForce 2011 will run from April 8th-10th. Clubs can now sign up for next year's NatWest CricketForce via here
